Are you an experienced, qualified Plumber with a building maintenance background, looking to work for an exciting company, where you can develop your skills further and be part of a valued team

This is a static site with multiple buildings to maintain and there are pool vans on site for you to use aswell as tools and materials provided.

They are looking someone on a permanent basis to work alongside their established maintenance team.

We have beenworking with this manager for a number of years and you can be assured that they are a great team to work with.

Friday 8am 430pm with 2 weekends required out of 10 weeks

The role
Day to do you will be required to tend to any general maintenance tasks which can include

General building maintenance
Fixing leaks, sinks and taps
Fixing and installing radiators
Checking water pressures
You will also be required to help the team with fabric tasks when needed

The person

You will need to be an experienced Plumber with at least a Level 2 qualification
You'll be working independently under the maintenance supervisor, so you'll be happy to manage your own workload
