The role of Senior Production Operative:

The role will specifically cover the following areas:

  • Undertake and document all servicing and maintenance of machinery
  • General warehousing needs including loading and unloading of stock
  • Completing monthly stocktakes
  • Ensure all processes and supporting paperwork is completed to adhere to all standards
  • Monitor and enforcing the relevant processes when necessary
  • When necessary, oversee the activities in the manufacturing area in support of manufacturing manager and to provide managerial cover
  • When necessary, work in the production line

Key Skills and Essential Experience:


  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a small team
  • Willingness and ability to complete documentation to ISO, BRCGS and FSC standards
  • Forklift Licence
  • Flexible working hours
