Do you have experience in surgical sales? Our client is currently looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of surgical imaging equipment and software sold into various therapy areas across the North West.
The company
We're working on behalf of a leading start-up organisation that delivers high-quality imaging of the anorectal, reducing the need for formal endoscopy.
Their software connects a wide range of medical devices to enable collaboration with other surgeons acrossother hospitals nationally and internationally.
The role
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be accountable for the sales and market share growth within your territory as well as maximising the impact of marketing plans and company assets.
Within this role, you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels within the NHS and Private hospital setting to deliver tangible value to our client's proposition.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Selling an exciting portfolio of surgical products within your defined territory
- Carrying out business planning and mapping to identify customer opportunities
- Identifying key decisionmakers and influencers within hospital accounts
- Building relationships and influencing customers through the selling process
- Protecting existing revenue and developing new revenue streams
- Providing feedback to management on the sales process and marketing materials
- Executing sales activities as well as providing sales support
- Arranging group and 1:1 demonstration of products and services
- Managing and responding to customer concerns and problems
The requirements
- You'll have a proven track record selling into hospital and clinical environments, as well as_
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer success and customer satisfaction
- Highly competent with technology
- Extremely organised and able to multitask
- Experience working with accounts from prospecting through to implementation
- Detailed oriented, adaptable, and analytical
- Able to work collaboratively with other business units
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Passionate and enthusiastic
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a territory
- Able to travel across your territory
- This role requires you to live across the North West and be willing to travel to other parts of the country when required. _
