Office Administration Duties
As an apprentice you will be completing the following jobs:
Dealing with post:
opening, scanning, and forwarding to clients
Client signups (onboarding of new clients)
Filing and saving documents
Booking and preparing the meeting room
Greeting and welcoming clients, and supplying them with refreshments
Making calls to HMRC and Companies House with client queries
Answering the phone:
call handling and redirection
Ensure office is tidy and presentable
Sending records and paperwork back to clients using couriers
Preparing and writing letters

Qualifications
GCSE English and Maths A*-C/4-9 or level 2 equivalents.
