We are currently recruiting for a Transition Specialist to manage and influence the delivery of our global ONEISS Transition Process Model (TPM) to operationalise our UK contracts.
***
Key Responsibilities
***-
To manage the rollout of account specific programmes, projects and/or workstreams for new, retention or growth contracts, working within our Bid to Operations framework
:
-
To manage the team to ensure robust governance and utilisation of the ISS Transition Process Model (TPM) Framework to be consistently delivered for every project
:
-
To update and implement our TPM project plan based on the customer and ISS requirements to deliver against the agreed strategic and tactical objectives
:
-
To assign the required resource based on the needs of each specific project to manage the delivery of day-to-day activities in accordance with the project plan
:
-
To maintain all programme and/or project documentation and coordinate the collation of relevant project / workstream documentation to support and evidence overall delivery
:

To manage the successful hand-over from transition to operations and customer receiving organisation
:
- **To manage the successful closure of the programme / project and ensure lessons learned are captured, communicated and implemented through best practice.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
***-
The job holder should have been educated to at least degree level or appropriate professional accreditation (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent)
:
-
Minimum five years proven Programme or Project Management experience, preferably in the FM industry
:
-
Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts
:
-
Proven ability to build successful stakeholder relationships, manage their expectations and act as a trusted source of advice
:
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
:
-
Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
