THE OPPORTUNITY
Jaguar is an iconic brand with an illustrious heritage that is now undergoing a dramatic transformation.
As part of the Re-Imagine strategy for the JLR business, Jaguar will be repositioned as a modern luxury brand and will seek to offer a new end to end customer journey, underpinned by an all-electric car portfolio.
As part of the brand led turnaround, we are implementing a new direct customer sales strategy and are therefore building a programme team to define and deliver a new brand store portfolio globally.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the retail operations team in the creation of operational systems, processes and tools ahead of store launch
Project management of all projects running in the retail operations team
Work with the Jaguar PMO and Business Office to ensure all projects are properly governed within the scope set out for the Jaguar programme
Manage and update RAID logs
Be the champion for internal operational efficiency, ensuring best use of allocated resources to achieve the desired outcome
Communicate project status to all key stakeholders
Managing and leading project resources, ensuring projects are delivered to required timescales, quality and cost.
Reporting on projects in line with Jaguar Land Rover delivery methodology and Portfolio Management processes.
Partnering with relevant internal functions/stakeholders ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
Managing third-party suppliers where appropriate.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Essential:
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to collaborate, multitask and prioritise
- Prior Knowledge and experience of project management skills and an understanding of general store operations processes and procedures
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple divisions in order to achieve Jaguar's business objectives.
- Ability to empower individuals and wider team to experience the future vision of Jaguar.
- Customerfocused, selfstarter with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proactive cando attitude.
- Able to successfully interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Financially astute and commercially aware.
- Experience of leading multichannel projects globally.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Reporting and Presentation experience
- Confident Microsoft Office software user
- Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
- Comfortable challenging with strong influencing and engagement
