*NO RECRUITMENT AGENCIES*An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly for the CEO of a group of companies operating across Europe. (UK, Spain, Cyprus) The group operates across a very wide number of sectors ranging from Venture Capital to Cyber Security and everything in between.


You will be both an executive (professional life) and personal (personal life) assistant to a serial entrepreneur based outside Northwich in Cheshire.

The CEO has external office buildings in his home grounds. The position will be a hybrid of office and home-based work. A split of 60/40 or 80/20 home/office is envisaged after initial learning/onboarding schedule.


Your job will be to make the working and personal life of the CEO more efficient and manageable by taking care of and or delegating tasks that do not require his input or time so that he can stay focused on important matters that do require his time.


If you have worked as an EA or PA within a fast-paced organisation supporting executive level management, we want to hear from you.


Essentials

  • Previous EA/PA experience
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Experience of record keeping and organisation in support of externally validated standards
  • Proactive approach to tasks, with a 'can do' attitude with an ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities
  • All appointments, meetings, events are calendared quickly, and reminders are set to preference
  • All employee and business critical documents are saved and filled properly
  • All travel is correctly booked and input into calendar
  • Any and all interactions not needing the CEO directly are screened and handled based on priority
  • Vital business and any/all personal appointments are prescheduled
  • All meetings are prepared for and documented
  • Advisory Board Meetings are attended and documented, with recap notes issued to all attendees
  • All EA action items are properly tracked/updated daily
  • All events are planned, coordinated, and managed ahead of time
  • All CEO's direct reports continue to feel supported and do not require direct communications with the CEO
  • CEO is immediately looped in on conversations she should be aware of (if not already)
  • Understand the differences in time zones and adequately books meetings for relevant parties
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint etc) and experience of working with and producing data reports within spreadsheets, including using pivot tables and formulas to carry out data analysis
  • Flexible working hours based on CEO's needs and schedule (CEO is located in the UK but does travel)
  • Innate ability to seek out answers from other sources and problemsolve with little input from CEO
  • Quick to pick up on new technology / apps
  • Not be offended by less glamourous tasks such as doing small personal errands or getting the Coffee. Anything you can do to save time for the CEO and keep him working at his desk is a benefit to the company.

Nice to have

  • Experience with bookkeeping / accounts (xero, sage etc)
  • Understanding of legal / finance / investments / IT
  • Spanish / Greek languages

Benefits

  • Salary based upon experience and interview, but range is £24,000 to £32,000
  • Hybrid working from office + home (office outside Northwich)
