Belmont Farm & Equine Vets are a Large Animal & Equine veterinary practice based in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside.
-
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time receptionist based in our Ledbury office on a fixed term contract until June 2024._
-
Mon-Fri and Saturday morning on a rota basis from our Hereford Office_.


This is a challenging but rewarding role working within a team of 15 receptionists to provide outstanding customer service and a high standard of administrative support to 18 veterinary surgeons and 9 TB testers.

The role includes general reception duties, telephone enquiries, arranging visit appointments and diary management, meeting and greeting customers, sample handling, maintaining veterinary equipment, taking payments and other administrative duties.


To be successful in this role you will need to be customer focused, passionate about great service, a team player and used to a busy and ever-changing work environment.

You will be required to hold a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Qualifications required - Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C and above to include Maths and English. You should have a good level of computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

£10.00-£10.42 per hour
