    An Amazing Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

    Join a leading brand in a dynamic environment as their Logistics Coordinator.

    • UK Order Management:
      • Receive and process daily orders using SAP.
      • Demand sensing, ensuring commercial agreements are met.
      • Raise correct orders with warehouses and dispatch stock.
      • Monitor out of stocks and communicate proactively with customers.
      • Build strong relationships with retailer partners.
    • International Order Management:
      • Raise orders according to commercial agreements.
      • Provide efficient despatch solutions and export documentation.
      • Work closely with International sales team for continuous improvement.
    • Logistics Partners:
      • Develop a collaborative relationship with logistics partners.
      • Ensure they operate to required standards through KPI monitoring.
      • Support Logistics Manager in continuous improvement plans.
    • Stock Reconciliation:
      • Manage reconciliation between 3PL partner systems.
    • Sales Team Alignment:
      • Work closely with Sales team on demand and stock positions.
      • Highlight abnormal demand.
    • Claims Management:
      • Investigate and resolve delivery-related invoicing claims with logistics partners and Finance team.
    • Operations Support:
      • Offer ad-hoc support within Operations team.
    • New Product Development:
      • Represent logistics team on projects.

    A little travel may be required to the warehouse in the North of England.

    You Will Need:

    • Experience in logistics within FMCG environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Sound IT skills, including SAP/M3 experience.
    • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Passion for operations and willingness to adapt.
