Our client has a permanent, full time vacancy for a Business Administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone who is organised, hardworking and looking for a role with variety.

The role is very much based around being a team player, who hasa flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.

The key function is to assist the department with the day-to-day administrative control of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To provide support with travel itineraries
  • Order processing, invoicing and tracking of orders
  • Manage reception area and support visitors
  • Process and distribute technical reports
  • Support the management of post and recording data on special deliveries

Requirements:


  • Strong PC skills (knowledge of MS Office package)
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • GCSE Qualification in Maths and English
