Our client has a permanent, full time vacancy for a Business Administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone who is organised, hardworking and looking for a role with variety.The role is very much based around being a team player, who hasa flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.
The key function is to assist the department with the day-to-day administrative control of the business.Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support with travel itineraries
- Order processing, invoicing and tracking of orders
- Manage reception area and support visitors
- Process and distribute technical reports
- Support the management of post and recording data on special deliveries
Requirements:
- Strong PC skills (knowledge of MS Office package)
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- GCSE Qualification in Maths and English
