About The Team

1GBM EUI are the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champions TikTok in the B2B world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for their business.

About the role
Market Solutions develop scaled marketing materials, from thought leadership to foundational guidance. Focusing on delivering strategic and creative best practices to educate clients HOW they can succeed on TikTok.

Serving as strategic advisors to the business and structured in a way that will enable them to influence and drive as much business intent as possible.

Marketing Solutions own the core content creation, and partner with GBM functions on the executions and outputs to take this to market at scale.


Marketing Solutions EUI work closely with regional and global stakeholders to set and drive the business agenda, taking input from MarSci, PSO and Global Teams and translating it into tangible and actionable assets that can be deployed and redeployed across a variety of audiences, from EcoStystem Partners, the industry and scale, internal sales teams and agency partners.


Our Marketing Solution team supports the GBS function with various market-based teams across Europe and a central hub team based out of London.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop scaled marketing materials focused on creative excellence
  • Work closely with Global Business Marketing, research and product teams to understand challenges and opportunities in great detail, digest and simplify the information, and use it to make strategic recommendations around business and marketing collateral, which are then adapted and localized across regions.
  • Partner closely with the GBM EUI team functions and external production partners to ensure that marketing ideas are executed and adopted seamlessly throughout internal social, PR, and web properties, and externally through industry engagements
  • Work with leadership to translate research studies, trend reports and solution sets into relevant external key messages which drive adoption across industry events, partner meetings and other high profile engagements
  • Knowing our ecosystem of media solutions insideout, in order to strategically elevate our messaging frameworks into clear, concise and easy to understand B2B language.
  • Work in lockstep with the B2b Marketing team ensure the effective development and delivery of marketing strategy, marketing plans and content delivery
  • Ensure that local market needs are fed into the wider EUI Business Marketing plan as well as educate the local market on work from across the team
  • Forge develop close relationships with Global Teams to ensure EUI is contributing and leading the 1GBM philosophy

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience in an integrated marketing, media or digital strategy role; ideally from an ad tech platform, digital or media agency, or from an advertiser's marketing team.
  • Strong acumen for writing (technical and/or copywriting) and visual storytelling, with an understanding and interest for how to bring strategic concepts to life through content and communication tactics.
  • Familiarity with social and performance advertising products, as well as being able to have thorough strategic conversations around marketing and creative tools.
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential) and the ability to demonstrate its impact on the brand
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to stay agile and pivot based on business need and innovation opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop wellwritten documents and eloquently present them
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Keen passion for marketing, technology and culture, and an understanding of the social media and entertainment space
  • Well organized, detailoriented, ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task
  • Experience working in tech startup environments, Media Planning and/or product teams is a plus
