Our growing team is now on the hunt for a Digital Content Executive to support one of our largest and most exciting clients, a major beverage and soft drinks company.


Who are we looking for?


Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be predominantly working with our Account and Project Management team to help manage content for a key client of the business.

The client is one of the largest beverage companies in the world.

We support one of their beverage dispenser teams with marketing across Europe, developing consumer campaigns, creating toolkits for markets and uploading assets to their content management system (CMS) so that content can go live on dispenser screens across 14 markets and many major F&B, Cinema & Lesiure customers.


You will be responsible for supporting the team to manage and upload content to the CMS, taking requests and executing them in line with campaign schedules.

You will also need to liaise directly with client and market teams to develop campaigns and manage assets.

Ideally, you will have some experience of working in a client-facing role with online systems for data entry, reporting and administrative work.

What will you be doing?

  • Carrying out tasks in the client's content management system to upload and tag campaign assets
  • Building campaigns in the CMS to be pushed out across 14 markets
  • Working within our Jira Project Management system to log and manage each task
  • Taking part in testing campaigns using a simulator, as well as potentially inmarket at F&B, Cinema and Lesiure outlets
  • Communicating to the internal project team on the status of your tasks and client deadlines

What skills do I need?

  • Experience in a client facing or customer service role
  • Excellent computer skills with an appetite to expand knowledge across new platforms
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to take ownership of solutions and confident in resolving project issues
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced, busy agency environment
  • A strong communicator who is comfortable leading client communications and discussions with internal teams
  • An interest in technology and the curiosity to help our client look for new and exciting solutions to their business challenges
