We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised individual who is looking for a challenging new role in our award-winning housing department.


The Housing and Performance Insight Officer will be responsible for supporting managers in producing detailed performance information covering all aspects of the housing service and ensure customer insight plays a key role in service development.


The main purpose of the role is to understand data and performance, using the information to provide reassurance on performance to senior managers and members.

You will confidently use performance management systems to collate, analyse and report data and be able to demonstrate similar experience of this in the past.


You will have a proactive approach and willingness to build effective relationships with other departmental teams and keys stakeholders across the organisation.

You need to be a good communicator, well organised, have excellent written, numeral, analytical and IT skills.

The role enjoys up to 35 days annual leave, agile working and a generous Local Authority Pension.
