  • Department: BA International
  • Reports To: General Manager
  • Location: Northampton
  • Overview:
  • Person to take responsibility of handling in a professional manner several different duties in the Logistics Dept. at Ba International.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:
  • Booking goods in via our SOP and ERP systems
  • Picking and shipping orders via our SOP and ERP systems
  • Dealing with customer Queries
  • Ability to use Microsoft office and ERP packages in timely manner
  • Dealing with customer phone calls and enquires
  • Ability to work in a structured manner
  • Creating New Customer account
  • Dealing with intercompany queries
  • Quality checking outgoing orders
  • Monitoring all outstanding work and ensuring that this is followed up as necessary
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
