Description

The Customer Service Advisor is required to take care of all of the customers' needs and provide up to date information, correct documentation and process all customer orders.

To deal with all customer queries, in a timely manner, while ensuring the information is updated and accurate on our CRM.

Excellent communication with our accounts department to make sure the order process flow is seamless. Dealing with suppliers, having a brilliant working relationship with these suppliers. Helping to drive down the companies costs of purchasing, negotiating discounts where possible.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Full control of the customer services inbox.
  • Processing of all orders
  • Ensuring all communication with the customer is up to date and accurate.
  • Dealing with all customer service queries.
  • Booking form completion
  • Updating of CRM.
  • Monitoring of status's. Moving them on in a timely manner.
  • Sending and chasing checklists.
  • Gaining feedback from customers, collating the information and setting targets to improve the service based on the feedback given.
  • Meeting the standard KPI's set for you.
  • Liaising with the purchasing department to complete the order in a timely manner.
  • Improving the overall customer experience.
  • Building relationships between the customer and Tapered Plus, going the extra mile for them to help their order process be as seamless as possible.
  • Placing all supplier purchase orders.
  • Logging of all supplier purchase orders on the CRM.
  • Checking of all supplier confirmation against the purchase order. Signing off to go through to accounts.
  • Dealing with the minimum and maximum stock levels and placing orders based on stock levels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Driving down the company's overall purchasing costs.
  • Dealing with all supplier queries, shortages, over supply and damages. Reporting back to the supplier
  • Discussing any supplier issues with accounts.
  • Following up with suppliers make sure all requirements are met.

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
