If your experienced in Customer Service and looking to enter into the Property Industry then we are looking for individuals to join our Sales Team.


The Location:


You will be joining our team based in our flagship city centre office at 1 Wemyss Place, New Town, Edinburgh.

This central location offering a great spot and surrounded by all local amenities a vibrant place to work with an exciting company culture.

Job Summary & Overview
You will undertake a range of duties not limited to:

  • Working to support the sales team in booking appointments, creating reports, ordering home reports and property particulars
  • Liaising with clients regularly to deliver and excellent level of service at every point of contact, from arranging the initial valuation appointment to bringing their property to the market
  • Administrative support from updating records, processing invoices and maintaining property histories
  • Daily key reconciliation
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Creating marketing reports and drawing up contracts
  • Collating figures and reports
  • Accompanying prospective buyers to properties
  • Promote each property's positive attributes
  • Providing detailed feedback on viewers' reactions and innovatively overcoming any objections they may have during viewings
  • Promote attractions within the area around each property
  • Understand the potential of properties with innovative vision, and
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Person specifications & competencies

  • Past residential property experience preferably in an Edinburgh firm
  • The commitment to deliver excellent client service
  • Experienced in creating quality property particulars with an eye for design and close attention to detail
  • Familiar with processes within a fastpaced selling environment and used to dealing promptly with clients, solicitors and surveyors
  • Aware of estate agency compliance requirements and knowledgeable of anti
- money laundering requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with all office software, including Outlook and capable of accurate input to databases
  • Friendly, outgoing nature and keen to do a highquality job at all times
  • Flexibility to work throughout the week with some working on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Wellpresented appearance
  • Great verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills with a problemsolving ability.
  • Good communication/negotiation skills and very competent in resolving conflict and potential dispute
  • Confident at relaying information
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good IT skills including MS Office Suite
