Working in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams and case management companies our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables individual clients to remain at home even when the level of care required is highly complex._

We are dedicated in providing care for those patients who are too ill to look after themselves or be looked after by carers or family members and who would otherwise be admitted to, or have to remain in hospital, but who do not require 24-hour nursing care.

We are looking _for an _ITU or Registered nurse _with extensive experience in:_

ITU/NICU/PICU paediatric experience

For this position we would also require:

At least 1 year post registration experience
Experience of community working (desirable)
Experience of working as a member of a team with other professionals, but also able to work autonomously
Registered General Nurse

- paediatric

Valid NMC registration
Able to coordinate and deliver complex care that involves other agencies
Documented evidence of continuing professional development
Awareness of assessing/managing/preventing risk in the working environment
