Ambition is delighted to be working with an established independent Firm, based in North West London who are seeking an Accounts Senior Manager to join the team.

The Firm
The firm is an independent accountancy practice and has thrived by building on a foundation of providing high
- quality service and genuine care to their clientele. The firm provides a full suite accountancy services as well business advisory and has growthrough its reputation. Offices are in North West London which is easily accessible by public transport.

The Role

As an accounts based Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio as well as staff and work flow.

There are a wide variety of clients and the role will touch on all aspects of accounting, VAT, and bookkeeping.

The role works closely withthe firms Partners and provides career development and progression.

The role will be split as follows:

55% Allocating/Monitoring & Reviewing financial accounts & other work prepared by junior staff
20% Hands on management accounts, audit planning and review for larger clients
15% Billing and review of profitability of staff & clients whilst also improving systems
10% New client onboarding/existing client business development

Requirements include:

Able to work to client deadlines and maintaining a good rapport with said clients and internal staff
Proactive approach to work
An indepth working knowledge of Xero, Sage Line 50, CCH or IRIS accountancy suit
Able to commute North West London
Able to demonstrate loyalty and stability throughout career
