We are a cleaning company based in Hutton,Essex looking for a motivated, reliable and experienced grounds maintenance supervisor to join one of our mobile cleaning teams.

For this role you will need to hold a current grounds tickets and licenses

General maintenance including bush trimming
Ride on mowers
Pedestrian mowers
Pesticides


Your duties will include:

  • Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding and general grounds maintenance duties
  • Gutter Clearance
  • Jet Washing
  • General repairs and maintenance
  • Gutter Repairs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • To be reliable, responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • You will be required to use heavy duty cleaning equipment and work at height.
  • Experience in this role is essential however full training will be given.
  • Working hours variable Monday
  • Friday with some early morning starts and weekend work.
  • Immediate start

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£39,000.00 per year
