In this role you will lead a fast paced recruitment service, during a time of restructure and growth.

You will be focused on proactive, timely and effective recruitment, closing the vacancy gap, maintaining service resilience, and reducing demand for high-cost agency staff.

To succeed in this role you will

  • Have significant experience of recruitment administration processes, preferably including within the NHS.
  • Have experience supporting decision making within the recruitment and selection process.
  • Be trained in using essential NHS Recruitment Systems.
  • Have experience managing a small target driven team
