Overview:

Pegasus Hydraulics Ltd is a long-established, dynamic team of people who operate in the industrial sector supplying high-quality stainless steel fittings to customers all over the country.

Due to strong Company growth, we are hiring an additional team member to join us to work in our busy warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• To pick and pack customer orders to a high standard of accuracy and visual appeal.
• Receiving deliveries, checking them for accuracy and putting them away in the right location.
• Generating delivery notes and entering delivery information into the DPD online portal.
• Communicating with the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Supervisor and Sales team to ensure everyone knows about any problems with stock or a particular order.
• Housekeeping keeping the working area clean, tidy, stocked up and generally shipshape.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required
• Computer skills you need to be able to competently use as computer.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5pm. We do not normally work Bank Holidays or weekends.

Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
