We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the team to provide proactive finance business partnering to Content and Editorial business.**

The Finance Business Partner will build strong relationships and drive improvements to help this fast-paced business continue to thrive and will enjoy an environment that encourages development of skills, knowledge and experience and offers long term career progression.

Responsibilities will include

Developing and delivering standard and adhoc financial analysis to the SLT to support the strategic direction of the team and drive long term sustainable growth.
Supporting the annual development of budgets and quarterly forecasts
Monitoring performance against plan, providing challenge and insight to senior stakeholders as required.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Developing financial models to provide financial insight and improve commercial awareness across the team.
Presenting key insights in an impactful and easytounderstand manner through data visualisation and compelling narratives.

Strong analytical skills and high degree of proficiency with MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature

Ability to influence and challenge and build strong relationships across the business.
