Assistant Director of Operations - Surgery & Planned Care


MKUH has an exciting vacancy in its senior operational leadership team which is looking to attract someone seeking an Executive level post in the near future.

If you are seeking to deliver the Planned Care challenge and reduce elective backlogs and make your mark by maximising theatre productivity this may be the job for you.

The Assistant Director of Operations for Planned care and Surgical Services will cover the lead Divisional Manager for the Surgical Division and an additional responsibility of designated deputy for the Chief Operating Officer.


We are looking for a self-motivated, forward thinking and patient focussed individual with a proven track record in operational delivery to join the senior management team and divisional triumvirate to drive forward the recovery and future transformation of services.
