£45,000 - £60,000 (DOE)


The Role:


Major Players are working with a digital production agency who are best known for creating content for some of the UK's best loved TV shows Together, we are looking for an experienced Studio & Traffic Manager to run the day-to-day traffic, resourcing and workflowacross their busy creative team for digital projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives off of a fast-paced environment, loves entertainment and looking to become a part of a dynamic and exciting team


Responsibilities:


  • Actively manage traffic and workflow cross channels including digital campaigns across social, video and online
  • Scope projects to efficiently identify resource needs
  • Understand creative skillsets, aesthetics and need per project when sourcing freelancers
  • Act as first point of contact for any issues that may arise
  • Navigate through resourcing and workflow tools ensuring work load across permanent staff and freelancers are up to date
  • Ensure that all timelines and schedules are adhered to
  • Manage cost sheets according to project whilst monitoring budgets
  • Keep on top of project briefs and teams to ensure project understanding across digital, creative and production teams
  • Maintain high standard communication from Creative Services Department
  • Manage projects across internal comms including Website

Requirements:


  • 4+ years' Studio/Resource/Traffic experience within a creative agency environment
  • Experience and understanding of social media projects
  • Driven by process and implementing best in practice
  • Confident knowledge of creative skillsets and digital production
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Strategically minded with a cando attitude
  • Strong written, verbal and numerical skills

Salary & Benefits:
- £45,000-£60,000 (DOE)
