The role

Your core responsibility as Scientific Director will be to oversee assigned accounts from both an editorial and scientific leadership perspective.

This means you will ensure strategic and tactical initiatives are implanted to the highest standard.

As wellas this, you will have line management and leadership responsibilities meaning you have the opportunity to use your extensive knowledge to lead an award-winning team On top of this, you will get to be the face of the agency at client networking events, meaningyou get to develop and build your name within the MedComms space.

Requirements_
Life science degree including a higher degree
Ideally 8 + years experience in an agency (open to meet people with slightly less)
Track record of business development and line management
Excellent strategic insight and problemsolving skills
