Programme Manager - HCM (Workday)
Outside IR35, 3 Months, £600-£625pd + expenses, Hybrid (West Yorkshire)

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the shaping and implementation of a HCM system (Workday).

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of Workday HCM system (process definition, system configuration, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with company goals
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on schedule and within budget
Identify and mitigate risks to project success
Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements:

5+ years experience of Programme Management
Strong understanding of HCM functionalities and capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
