The Role:

We're looking for an experienced sales negotiator to work alongside our hard working team.

You will be mostly working from home when not out on appointments, with the requirement to meet with the team throughout the work at various times.

You will be backed and supported by the two Directors who have a large involvement in the day to day running of the business.

The role will cover a variety of different responsibilities including;
Assisted Viewings, Negotiating Offers, Sales Progression, Client Updates, Business Generation, Sourcing New Deals, Other General Day To Day Roles.

The individual must be highly driven with an excellent understanding of the local area and the property industry. Excellent communication & IT skills are a must and they should have a strong passion for customer service.

We are looking for someone that has the motivation to be successful and work self sufficiently when required to do so.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability
