Permanent role,


Location:

Hybrid location based between home and North London, with the postholder expected in the office at least three or four days per week.


Starting salary:
Up to £40,000

Charity People is partnering with JNF to recruit for its next
Marketing Manager. In this fantastic opportunity, JNF is searching for someone to develop and deliver engaging multi-tiered messaging and content to raise awareness about thework of JNF UK in Israel across several online and offline channels to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.


As Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside other members of the JNF UK team.

This role is key in ensuring department marketing, project deliverables and written content requirements are met and exceeded.


About the role


Alongside the Head of Marketing, the role will include strategy, researching, developing, initiation, research, implementation (and if required leading) of marketing programmes for JNF UK and its subsidiaries including content creation, project managingand executing omni-channel communications programmes including but not limited to direct marketing, PR, print production of fundraising and events material and advertising.


The role will include co-ordinating and working with other departments and external stakeholders (including the Social Media & PR Manager) to deliver all relevant marketing deliverables to support appeals, writing up creative and data briefs as required,booking and co-ordination of print and production schedules coordinating design and copy amends and sign-off, data pull and review.


We would love to hear from you if:?

  • You're passionate about Israel and you have the intuition, foresight, and initiative to manage the department when required, ensuring that all marketing activity is executed to the highest standard and in line with the business and marketing objectives.
  • You hold a marketing or business related degree and have at least 5 years demonstratable marketing/communications experience with at least 2 years operating at a senior level.
  • You're a strong leader who enjoys developing highly resourceful and resultsorientated teams, implementing marketing and communication strategies and running multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • You're creative, persuasive and diplomatic when presenting ideas, with highly developed communication and presentation skills and a good eye for detail.
  • You can extract and interpret data to analyse campaigns and wider business reporting, with experience of developing and managing budgets in excess of £100,000.
