Recruitment Coordinator (FTC):

THE ROLE:


This will be a busy role that will work closely with our recruitment team to ensure excellent service and admin procedures are always followed.

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week, from 8am to 6pm working hours. This will be a fixed term employment contract for an initial period of at least 6 months.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support the Talent team with all administrative activities.
  • Act as first point of contact for applicants and communicate with them in an efficient, clear, and polite manner.
  • Own the scheduling and smooth running of all recruitment related activities, including scheduling interviews, ensuring prompt start times, and collecting feedback.
  • Support administrative related inquiries or requests.
  • Communicate with thirdparty recruiters and other external parties.
  • Maintain and organizing internal records related to recruitment.
  • Support HR group to perform new joiner orientations as appropriate.
  • Accurate data entry into Greenhouse.
  • Help with the organisation of recruitment events and conferences.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:


  • Proven experience in a Talent or administration/coordination role.
  • Administrative experience, specifically handling complex scheduling requests and busy diaries.
  • Experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse.
  • Good ethical judgment, with the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced environment, prioritising workload, and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Previous experience advising and working with senior members of staff is strongly preferred.
