Job Title:
Room Attendant Housekeeping
IMMEDIATE START
Salary £10.50 to £11 p/hour.


We are currently recruiting a
Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team who genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for our guests.


Key Tasks


Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will have a genuine passion for service and maintaining the excellent standards that the hotel prides itself on giving to our guests consistently.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to) Supervisor and cleaning, when necessary, the Apartments, which consist of Studios,1,2,3 bedroom and Penthouses with Kitchen, bathrooms, balconies and living space—also, cleaning and maintaining the public areas of the building.

Having an eye for details and reporting any maintenance issues to ensure the Apartments kept their highest standard.


You will:

  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the room cleaning process whilst providing our guests prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
  • As a Room Attendant, you must represent 130 Queen's Gate and always reflect our vision and values.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A background in housekeeping hospitality
  • A proactive approach with a selfdriven attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail when it comes to cleaning apartments and Inspection of the apartments prior to the guest's arrival.
  • A responsible attitude
  • To be able to work successfully as part of a team

  • Knowledge of stock, linen orders and completing all paperwork.
  • Preparing and supervising the Room Attendants' cleaning schedule along with the porters' staff.

130 Queen's Gate serviced apartments is a Five Stars Services Apartments providing short-let accommodation in central London as part of the ongoing expansion programmed we are looking to recruit a full-time Room Attendant to work at our Property in Kensington.

We are conveniently located in Queen's Gate within a 10minutes walk of South Kensington station and Gloucester Road tube station.

Our luxury serviced apartments offer comfort, calm and convenience, with a wide range of exciting shops and restaurants right at your doorstep.


Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
