Linear Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator Role in Liverpool working for a leading construction company.What is the role?
The Site Administrator role is to coordinate all project administration activities effectively to ensure construction project documentation is successfully completed.
They are responsible for managing all site administration activities, document control, project deliverables, management and control of key information/documentation and O&M files.
They should ensure that company culture is followed and positively championed across the teams throughout the process so that project objectives and deadlines are achieved.
- Ensure that the site administration is set up correctly, on the portal system and managed effectively.
- Ensure the dashboard system is created for the project.
- To set out and collate information from the site team to produce a monthly client report.
- To audit administration systems to ensure they are implemented correctly.
- General Site Administration to support site team & project managers. Carry out monthly audits of folders and documents.
- Ensure weekly checks such as hoarding, plant, hoist, mast climber checks are uploaded to the L drive.
- Chase up subcontractors for weekly safety information packs.
- Assist in closing out any health and safety RCS inspection reports.
- Support induction, new staff training coordination as per training matrix & directed by project manager/site manager.
- General housekeeping of site cabins/offices to ensure best presentation, signage, tidiness as appropriate etc.
- To liaise with and assist our client teams Management and Lettings and RW Invest.
- Undertake role of Fire Safety Co-Ordinator and First Aider
- Be involved with and coordinate information for updates and promotion purposes
- General adhoc administration and support to project team
- Arranging and coordinating any external site meetings
- Managing noticeboards and ensuring data/information is accurate and up to date
- Managing changes in staff movements on/off project/site for payroll purposes and attendance management system reporting lines
