Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor on a Full Time Permanent basis in Northfleet, Kent.

Working in an in-house OH department you will be tasked with delivering health surveillance and management referrals and adviseon all aspects regarding the impact of employee health on work.

Fitness for work assessments
Implementation of healthrelated policies and procedures
Undertake relevant health surveillance programmes.
Liaise closely with the site Physician on programme implementation, Health Surveillance results, Ill Health Retirement cases, and externally reported occupational illness.
Participate in health compliance reviews of local programmes / service delivery.
Take the lead on advising leadership and developing site approach to inspire a culture of health and wellness.

To Apply:

The OHA will be a registered nurse and be on Part 3 of the NMC with a specialist OH practitioner status or a Diploma in Occupational Health.
At least 3 years experience as an OHA undertaking a full OH remit.

**Salary: £40,000 - £46,000
