A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Cashier to join an expanding law firm based in Liverpool City Centre who have a very good reputation and staff retention.


You must have at least 3 year's of experience working within a Legal Cashier role and be fully compliant with the solicitor's accounts rules.

The role is full time office based.

Duties include:


  • Daily banking and bank reconciliations
  • BACS and CHAPS payments
  • Process client account and office account bank transactions
  • Monitor bank accounts for incoming client funds and bank transfers
  • Managing general queries from fee earners and auditors
  • Process interaccount transfers
  • Purchase ledger management
  • Ensuring compliance with SAR, money laundering and VAT regulations
  • Producing management reports
  • Assisting with month end management accounts
