Purpose of the Role


To provide a professional HR and People Management service to all staff globally, ensuring that processes are in place to ensure legal compliance and risk management.

To liaise with, support and challenge the Exec to ensure all people matters are professionally managed.

To maximise business performance through HR initiatives which maximise employee performance and engagement and improve the retention of talent.

To possess integrity, professional ethics and sound judgement in managing risks and enforcing company-wide standards.


Essential

  • HR generalist who is CIPD Qualified with solid experience and exposure to influencing at a senior level;
  • Experience of working in a changing environment in a growing company with overseas operations;
  • Ability to handle business information confidentially, as appropriate;
  • Demonstrates management and problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the highest levels of management and decisionmaking individuals within the organization;
  • Familiarity or experience with implementing policies, procedures, and training materials across business functions;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation / negotiation skills;
  • Adequate selfawareness and confidence to acknowledge gaps in certain areas and seek to fill them from reliable sources;
  • Action orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work. Known for high energy and productivity and therefore able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style;
  • Excellent HR business partnering skills and relationship building;
  • Flexible and able to multitask; managing a number of different issues simultaneously;
  • Good working knowledge of UK and international employment law.
