Unique position supporting the Business Transformation Director in onboarding clients, internal support and ongoing insight and training.
The experience we need.

Excellent time management, organisational, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Technically minded problem solver
Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal contact with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrable experience in a business support function/ administrative/ system support role
Previous experience in a marketing agency environment is advantageous
Experience in scoping, maintaining and/or interpreting business reports
An approachable personality who can build strong rapport with internal teams and stakeholders
A strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks under pressure

The role.

The Support Manager will:

Provide ongoing support to all users
Provide training for users within the business
Support with timely implementation and maintenance of CRM features
Produce business reporting
Support with the adoption of new processes/ systems

The company.
My client is part of a global marketing services business who predominantly work with retail brands.

They have offices all over the world and have a great team in Cirencester doing fantastic things at the moment.

You will be based in the Cirencester officeideally twice a week with remote working the remaining 3.
