Unique position supporting the Business Transformation Director in onboarding clients, internal support and ongoing insight and training.
The experience we need.

  • Excellent time management, organisational, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Technically minded problem solver
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal contact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience in a business support function/ administrative/ system support role
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency environment is advantageous
  • Experience in scoping, maintaining and/or interpreting business reports
  • An approachable personality who can build strong rapport with internal teams and stakeholders
  • A strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks under pressure
The role.

The Support Manager will:

  • Provide ongoing support to all users
  • Provide training for users within the business
  • Support with timely implementation and maintenance of CRM features
  • Produce business reporting
  • Support with the adoption of new processes/ systems
The company.
My client is part of a global marketing services business who predominantly work with retail brands.

They have offices all over the world and have a great team in Cirencester doing fantastic things at the moment.

You will be based in the Cirencester officeideally twice a week with remote working the remaining 3.
