Join Our Team as a Support Worker


We're urgently seeking care staff to provide support to a gentleman with a tracheostomy, enabling him to live in the comfort of his own home in Southampton.


About the Role:


As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in our client's daily life, assisting with medication management, moving and handling, and personal care.


We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you're equipped to meet our client's needs confidently.


Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.


Shift Availability:

We offer flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle.

  • Weekdays: 06:0014:00
  • Weekdays:14:0022:00
  • Sunday: 08:0021:00

We're looking for individuals who are:

Requirements:


  • Previous UKbased care experience of 3 months fulltime or 6 months parttime
  • Tracheostomy experience preferred, but training provided.
  • Ideally you will be a manual car license holder for this position.
