EBL GROUP is currently seeking two highly motivated and organized trainee Estimator/ Surveyor to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for helping and assisting the running of Insurance work in domestic properties. This a great opportunity for the right person and will be guided by experienced Surveyors.


Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist in the preparation of estimates for all phases of the construction process

  • Prepare estimates, schedule of works, schedule of rates, taking photographs measurements reports on status of jobs helping with scope of works and liaising with men customers and their Manager getting costs of sub contractors and starting the full claim journey from start to completion of the project.

Qualifications:

Must be able to drive and have own transport car allowance and fuel card will be given.


Salary:
£12.50-£14.50 per hour

  • Runcorn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- surveying: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
