Page Personnel are supporting a rapidly growing, highly successful organisation based in Telford with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a busy HR function.

This role offers a mix of office and home working.

Description
The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is an exceptionally exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation.

You will take full responsibility for all recruitment activities including establishing a recruitment strategy for the organisation.

This will include but not limited to:

Build relationship with stakeholders to understand their needs and establish the most effective recruitment strategy
Review and establish recruitment policies, procedures, strategies and systems in this rapidly growing organisation
Work with external agencies to support with roles
Support stakeholders to write job descriptions and bench marking
Ensure the external branding if engaging and effective

Profile
You will be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced organisation.

You will have a background in both operational recruitment and also strategic involvement.

Job Offer
Up to Circa £45000pa DOE
