We are looking for an experienced team leader to join our First Response family
At First Response Finance, we don't see leadership as ticking boxes and following a process. We are looking for someone to think outside the box and truly inspire their people.

Your mindset should be around self lead management, you need to be someone who takes accountability for your actions and development.


Leadership here is not like a 'traditional' call center environment, we see leadership as much more than this, where we cultivate adult to adult environments and leaders are a key part of building this.


Some more specifics of the role are...**- Conduct Coaching sessions focusing on better customer service and improving performance

  • Development is key at First Response, so you will be responsible to develop your people professionally and personally Develop a sense of accountability, ownership, and responsibility in your people to allow them to carry out their professional responsibilities, with the best interest of the customer in mind.
  • Make improvements to the system to provide a more efficient service to our customers.
  • You will need to be involved in projects and work that are outside of your team.
  • You will have a responsibility to shape your departments strategy and work
  • The ability to have difficult conversations is essential in this role


If successful, you will be required to attend an all day assessment day in our Leigh (WN7) office on Tuesday 26th March 2024.


What we are looking for in you:

  • Previous experience in a team leader or managerial role
  • You will be responsible for managing the performance of a team who do not have targets, how will you do that?
  • We need someone who takes self development seriously, investing time and always looking at how to become a better leader
- this is non negotiable

  • You will need to understand, use and investigate data to make data lead decisions
  • Be inquisitive and have a proactive approach to improvement and problem solving

Pay and Benefits

You will receive a
starting salary up to £37,753,
rising to a possible £47,064 over time, dependent on your performance.**+ company bonus and a wide-ranging benefits package tailored to you.

Working Hours This is a full-time position where your team will be working:

Monday to Friday:

-
One day per week (Tuesday or Thursday) a team member will work the
late shift:
-
One Saturday
per month a team member will work: 09.00 until possibly 16:00pm


Location:
This role is based in our Leigh Office (WN7 3XZ). We operate a hybrid working pattern with a mixture of office days and home days.
