We are looking for an experienced and qualified HR Consultant to join our busy and dedicated team providing HR support and advice to council managers and a number of schools' Head Teachers.

The role of HR Consultant involves supporting managers in absence management, performance management, and complex discipline and grievance cases.


It is vital that you have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and are confident in advising, with an ability to challenge politely and professionally if you do not feel policies and procedures are being followed.


This role requires a well organised individual as you will be required to arrange formal meetings and hearings, and informal calls and chats.

This requirement means you will need experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Teams.


As a casual employee we can offer you the flexibility to choose your own hours to fit in with your personal commitments.

This is also a great opportunity to develop your skills as a HR Consultant.

This is a challenging and rewarding role with no two days the same
