Administrator - Job Description


We are looking for an additional administrator to join our team, with increased clients and workload we are looking to develop a role to support our existing team.


  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Process and distribute incoming correspondence, as directed.
  • Update CRM accordingly for maintained clients
  • Control electronic files and distribute installation paperwork
  • Issue certificates to clients
  • Liaise with the rest of the team to ensure the client has a quality experience
  • To actively participate in the continuous improvement of the company
  • In addition to the abovementioned duties you may be required to perform any other tasks within your skills and capabilities.

Click Fire & Security are one of the biggest independent Fire & Security Companies in the North West. Our works are commercial only and in the main. Education, NHS, Fire Service, Facilities Companies and Large Commercial Properties
The company is both NACOSS NSI Gold and BAFE SP203 accredited. Our office is based in Milnrow.

The business is ran on a bespoke software (CASH). Training will be provided on the system, the CASH system is similar to a Windows Based CRM


Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
