Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce highquality precision components according to specifications.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in precision engineering.
Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
Prior experience operating CNC machinery is desirable but not required.
Willingness to undergo comprehensive training provided by the company.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
