Job Summary
Working in a growing team (currently 8) to provide administrative support to 5 Partners

The key aspects of this role are to build strong relationships with our Partners, manage the workload in accordance with our processes and ensure the ongoing development and growth of the team.

What we need

To have a thorough understanding of the advice process, Foster Denovo's systems and processes and the regulatory requirements imposed by the FCA, and ensure these are reflected in work.
To follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients perceive to be a personalised and high quality service.
To effectively Line Manage a group of Client Experience Executive's to provide a consistently high quality of service within service standards. This involves effective performance management through continuous business objectives.
Work with Partners to help them understand the importance of and follow the handover process so that we can deliver good outcomes for them and their Clients in the most efficient way.
Identify efficiencies or enhanced processes and services by proactively obtaining feedback from Partners and Clients to ensure that the team continue to develop and delight clients.
To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives.

Who we need

Ability to think laterally, challenge current process, and find ways to improve the service.
A commercial awareness of the cost of writing new business and delivering advice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines & stay focused under pressure.
Team player but able to work independently & collaboratively with different teams.
Solution orientated, selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative.
Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Hard working and responsive to the need to deliver a highquality support service.
