BTP is the national police force for the rail network throughout Great Britain, including London Underground, across which we ensure the safety and security of nearly 3 billion passenger journeys and over 100 million tons of freight every year.

As Resourcing Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Pre-employment checks
  • collating all relevant documentation for vetting and medical checks, requesting and chasing references
  • Data entry processing onboarding documents and data entry to our database systems
  • Updating the recruitment Excel trackers
  • Prepare and issue contracts and offers letters for prospective employees
  • Supporting the Resourcing Advisors with recruitment campaigns and associated workloads
  • Supporting the Resourcing Advisors with preparation for assessment centres.

  • Previous experience of delivering excellent administrative support
  • Excellent proficiency with computer use including but not limited to MS Office suite
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fastpaced working environment
  • Good standard of planning and organisational ability.
