Description

BTP is the national police force for the rail network throughout Great Britain, including London Underground, across which we ensure the safety and security of nearly 3 billion passenger journeys and over 100 million tons of freight every year.

As Resourcing Administrator, your duties will include:

Pre-employment checks
collating all relevant documentation for vetting and medical checks, requesting and chasing references
Data entry processing onboarding documents and data entry to our database systems
Updating the recruitment Excel trackers
Prepare and issue contracts and offers letters for prospective employees
Supporting the Resourcing Advisors with recruitment campaigns and associated workloads
Supporting the Resourcing Advisors with preparation for assessment centres.

Previous experience of delivering excellent administrative support
Excellent proficiency with computer use including but not limited to MS Office suite
High level of attention to detail
Demonstrable experience of working in a fastpaced working environment
Good standard of planning and organisational ability.
