The hours of this post are 37.5 and are worked Monday to Friday.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to undertake the post of secretarial support within the diabetes and endocrinology service.

You will provide a comprehensive administrative and audio typing service to the medical and associated clinical staff and will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical letters are typed accurately and timeously via digital dictation system.

It is essential you have audio typing experience, excellent keyboard skills and have experience within a similar role. Good communication skills and flexibility in approach to work are also essential. It is desirable that you have knowledge of medical terminology.
