Senior Compliance Officer for a leading financial company, that places immense value on their staff.

Working From Home - 5 days per week (Monday - Friday all at home) - This firm offers real progression opportunities alongside some of the best benefits in Northern Ireland.

This is a Monday - Friday position -
Permanent.

Salary:

£37,000 - £46,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package & Progression Opportunities + Discretionary Bonuses & Salary Reviews

Responsibilities:

Monitor adherence and work with the business on compliance related matters
Assess compliance risks and the associated controls.
Provide accurate and timely compliance support and advice to the business on adhoc queries and in managing compliance requirements
Monitor regulatory environment and complete analysis, which may include indepth and complex research, fact finding and analysis.
Review and assess compliance requirements on business projects, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements arising from projects and business initiatives are being considered and included within project scope.
Establish and support the implementation of new compliance initiatives, policies and procedures.
Coordinate and complete compliance policy and procedure reviews and communicate updates as required.
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of regulatory returns and notifications as required.

Requirements:

3 years' compliance and regulatory experience in a Compliance Officer role or experience in similar role
Strong knowledge of UK regulatory framework
Preferred background is Financial Services or Insurance but this is not essential
