We are looking for a
Personal Assistant/Lead Qualifier to join our fun, youthful, growing, and ambitious team at our office just a short walk from London Bridge station.

This is a unique role as you will be working closely with two separate companies based under the same roof
-
Henarch Galleries and World of Whisky.

As Personal Assistant/Lead Qualifier, your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• General administration tasks

- liaising with our Office Manager, day to day operations of the office, stock checks, ensuring the office is well-presented, clean, and tidy.

• Confidently and fluently talk to clients about what the companies offer, providing them with a unique, personalised experience.
• Screening potential clients/qualifying data before handing over to the team.
• Selfmotivated and passionate about any task required.

Experience:

• 12 years of sales and/or admin experience required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

- must be confident speaking on the phone and building relationships with clients.

• Essential computer skills.
• Previously worked towards targets.
• Hardworking, selfsufficient.
• A growthfocused mentality and willingness to learn.

Hours of Work:

• Full Time, Monday to Friday, 10am 6pm (flexibility is required to support events and exhibitions)

Salary:

-
£18,000 pa basic salary, depending on experience, plus a commission structure of 5% on opens, followed by 2.5% on any future business.
