We have a long, prestigious history as a multi-disciplinary consultancy, and are proud to be at the forefront of the BIM industry.- We are looking for a talented Architectural BIM Manager to join our forward thinking and expanding Architectural team across several locations to include, London, Leicester, Bristol, Derby and Bury St Edmunds.- You will have the opportunity to work on an array of projects, across a variety of sectors and be embedded within the 130 strong architectural team.- With an established BIM and digital services team, who deliver high-profile projects across the UK, this role will see you providing support, guidance and training, along with delivering the company vision and disciplines objectives. Working closely with the delivery teams you will ensure new ways of working are embedded and continuous upskill and improvement methods are introduced.


Day to day responsibilities will include:


  • Manage junior Digital Delivery Coordinators, ensuring the team provide a consistent high level of service and support to the Architecture discipline
  • Become involved in discipline and companywide forums and groups
  • Produce standard, high quality, reuseable model (Revit/AutoCAD/Civil3D) content and processes
  • Support Autodesk template development when software updates are released and provide continuous improvement methods
  • Complete model health check/audit reports, and support with the research and development of new digital design delivery tools in conjunction with the BIM Director
  • Support the development and implementation of the 'Pick Everard Standard' approach to the creation and management of model content, deliverables and template files and NBS Specifications
  • Support projects with model setup to ensure consistent and compliant delivery and ensure quality of 2D and 3D output is of a high quality across the delivery teams
  • Be visible to each of the offices, to act as a central conduit for all queries from within the team.
  • Drive the understanding of populating project data within models to support data output (COBie) managed by the BIM Management Team

    About You:
***We are looking for a competent and proficient Senior BIM Manager to work collaboratively across the discipline and wider practice.


Key skills we would like you to have:

  • Relevant industry qualification, with experience delivering the role
  • Experience creating Revit Architectural content along with supporting documents for varying project requirements
  • Dynamo and Python knowledge is highly beneficial along with interoperability workflows with Revit
  • Clear understanding of COBie and IFC
  • Experience at delivering and creating training guidance for Revit, ideally within a multiprofessional team on all design stages of a project
  • Expert specification and materials knowledge and ability to use NBS Chorus and control 'Master' content
  • Up to date knowledge of current relevant technical standards and regulations
  • Ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines and communicate in a confident way to include; written, on screen and in person. Including client facing skills, interpersonal and influential skills
  • Strong selfmotivation, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
