Our client is a highly successful and rapidly expanding IT and Technology Services company with a growing presence across the south of England.

They have ambitious plans for further expansion and are looking for an experienced IT Sales Lead to join their Sales Team.

Tasks


The role:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders
  • Execute sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and drive growth
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams to develop and deliver custom solutions to meet clients' needs
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Employ sound commercial acumen across all sales activities
  • Ensure IT systems are fully documented to support business change and operations

Skills and experience required:


  • 35 years of experience in IT, Security and Cloud including excellent knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, cybersecurity, M365, Azure, networking, and data management
  • Strong experience of planning migrations, designing, implementing, administering and troubleshooting Microsoft
  • Strong customer focus, able to develop and maintain productive internal and external customer relationships
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within enterprise sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, innovative, with impeccable problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, highly complex and dynamic environment

There is a base salary of £70k plus commission and generous annual leave, private health insurance, dental plan, pension scheme and a number of other staff incentives, training opportunities and perks.


Requirements:
