Pay:
Days - £12.00 / Nights - £13.00 / Bank Hols - £17.00

We are currently recruiting for Bank support workers to support an individual with autism within the
BRIERLEY HILL area.


Role Description
At LDA Care we are committed to Equal Opportunities. We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Bank Autism Support Workers to work with a young autistic lady.

The individual will be living on her home, so we are looking for Support Workers who can provide
24-hour support throughout her day.

About The Role within the Company:

You will be part of a small team of dedicated Support Workers and working alongside the Team Leader/facilitator and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner in providing excellent support to this young lady who deserves the best support to enjoy a quality life.


You will have a willingness to undertake training on Positive Behaviour Support, Safeguarding Vulnerable adults, Autism, and person-centred planning, Total Communication and other specific training that will be provided.

You will be line managed by the Team Leader/facilitator.

Schedule:


  • 12 hour shifts 10:30 to 22:30 Days / 22:30 to 10:30 Nights.
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • Overtime

Licence/Certification:
